How we handle your information

What we collect

When you ask for a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your daycare's name, your email, and anything else you choose to share, like your phone number, city, how many dogs you care for, what you use today and your notes.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use advertising trackers or sell anything about you.

How we use it

We use your demo request only to contact you about a demo and answer your questions. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who sees it

Your request goes to our team by email. It passes through Cloudflare, who hosts this site and delivers our email, and our email provider. They handle it only to provide those services.

Keeping it, and your choices

We keep demo requests only as long as we need them to follow up with you. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent us at any time by emailing hello@packroll.app.
